experience to create tailored packages for UK schools and youth groups visiting
France. In conjunction with our long standing partners, we are delighted to

carefully selected following extensive consultations and thorough inspections.

 A Choice of Destinations
Our residential centres have been carefully hand-picked to offer schools a
comfortable base for their visit to France. All provide dedicated accommodation
for educational tours and youth groups in a variety of locations ideal for
exploring their regions, whether the Battlefields of the Somme or Beaches of
Normandy, Paris, Île de France, the institutions and Christmas Market of
Strasbourg or the beautiful Loire Valley. Click

Travel - Comfort & Flexibility
Most school groups choose to cross the
Channel by ferry or Eurotunnel, but upon request we also organise flights or
travel by Eurostar where prudent and appropriate for budget or timings. This is
particularly the case for schools based in parts of the UK without easy access
to the ports.
We work with a small number of select coach companies and always use Executive
Standard coaches with DVD, WC, Drinks Machine and Air Conditioning. Larger
Executive Coaches are available for bigger groups with capacities up to 73.
Inspirational Itineraries
Whether you are planning a highly
specialised curriculum-based trip or a more general taste of life in France, we
will devise a full programme of activities and timings to achieve the aims and
objectives of your school’s trip. In this brochure, we have included a number of
sample programmes for each region, but please remember these are just a taster
of what is on offer - we offer a bespoke service and the flexibility to adapt to
your own group’s needs.
Planning Support, Risk Assessments and Guidance
At every stage of the planning process, we
are available to help and advise on every aspect of your school trip - from
assisting you in obtaining a group passport to providing each teacher and group
leader with a comprehensive information binder containing all details of the
visit. We also provide Educational Visit Coordinators and tour organisers with a
comprehensive risk assessment for each centre - a safeguard required by local
authorities for school trips, peace of mind for parents and a lot less work for
you!

close relations with management at the residential centres and our tight links
with the coach companies ensure you always have a helping hand at the end of
your mobile - 24/7 if you need it.

We ask all our schools to complete a
feedback form when they have returned from France. We are keen to know what you
loved most, learn from your experiences and where there may be room for
improvement.

Group Insurance Arrangements
Before you travel, we strongly recommend that you take out
insurance for your own financial and personal security. You can take out your
own insurance or take out the School Groups Policy offered by Endsleigh
Insurance Services Limited which has been specially designed for school groups
