Our centre in Albert is pleasantly situated in a quiet street just 10 minutes walk from the Town Hall. There are many cafes and restaurants in the attractive town centre which was completely rebuilt in the traditional Flemish-style after the devastation of the Great War, having changed hands several times during the conflict.

Only 40 minutes from the tourist city of Amiens, Albert is an ideal base for exploring the battlefields and memorials of World War One. It is easily reached from the U.K. being just over two hours from Calais and at the same time is within range for a day trip to Paris.
